Injection Molding

Tooling/Molds

Excel designs and builds quality molds and tooling through our in-house tooling operation and in cooperation with strategic mold building partners.  We ensure that the tooling for every project is designed and built to exacting standards to meet part quality and performance expectations and to run efficiently for the duration of the product life cycle with minimal maintenance.

Secondary Operations

Excel performs assembly, decorating, machining and other post-molding operations with the objective of adding value, streamlining your manufacturing process, and saving you money.  Often secondary operations can be performed at the molding machine, reducing the need for double handling of parts and generating cost savings.  We also develop and build custom equipment and fixtures to ensure the efficiency and quality of secondary operations, as well as, for automation of manually performed tasks.
